At the bottom of snowpark kaunertal a new playground arises. Next to jib and skate elements, elements of snowmobiling will be embedded.
Yamaha Motor Austrias philosophy is to support national sport events, give people the opportunity to challenge themselves and spread the joy of having achieved something great. So they will bring a fine selection of their best snowmobiles to the KTO and give you the chance to have a shoot at them.
The Yamaha Playground will also be the stage for most side events and sessions. So you can shred, chill and skate as much as you want. The playground will be open to public on all three opening days.
PUBLIC SNOWMOBILE TRAIL
As just mentioned, the public snowmobile track gives you the chance to test Yamahas brightest snowmobiles for free and take them for a spin. Yamaha Action Team Rider Benny Mösl will be coaching you and give you useful advice on how to get the most out of those beauties.

KIDS SNOWMOBILE TRAIL
Early practice makes the master. Next to the public snowmobile trail, a kids trail will be installed. In a bouncer castle like setup the youngsters can ride some of the kids snowmobiles is a save and sound terrain. Under supervision of parents and Yamaha coaches the kids can explore the joy of riding in a secured manner.
Definitely an adventure for the whole family.

YAMAHA EXPRESS SHUTTLE
One of those snowmobiles will take a scouting expedition through the snowpark with a rope line attached to it. If you´re lucky enough, you´ll catch the snowpark express shuttle which will tow you all the way up to the top of snowpark kaunertal. So no need to cut lift lines or sneak in front of others. Time is way to precious to waste it waiting in lift lines. Thanks Yamaha.

YAMAHA ACTION SHOW
On saturday, around 11am all snowmobiles will stand still. Benni Mösl, local and austrian masters slopestyle winner 2016 will perform a sweeping snomobile air show at the snowpark. Together with his team colleague Roli Tschoder they will throw down an impressive show where they combine snowboard and snowmobile performance at its best.

YAMAHA MINIRAMP SESSION
In the course of the Yamaha Playground we got the miniramp back up to the snowpark setup. Next to the jib obstacles the miniramp creates a smooth transition from skatepark to snowpark. So bring your skateboard and shred away. There will also be a miniramp session going down. Find more infos about that in the session section.
